My name is Marlisha Wilbourn, the woman, the mother, the healer, and the light behind SolarArae Womb Wellness. I’m a certified herbalist and womb wellness practitioner, but before any of that — I’m a woman who had to heal herself first. Nothing about my journey been pretty or perfect. I didn’t wake up one day knowing who I was… I had to fight for her, cry for her, lose myself and find myself again just to stand in the woman I am today.

Healing humbled me. It stripped me, reshaped me, and taught me how much a woman can hold in her womb. The trauma, the silence, the heartbreak, the pressure of being “strong” when your spirit is tired. I had to learn how to pour back into myself, how to listen to my body, how to honor my emotions, and how to soften without feeling weak. And once I found my way back to my light, I knew my purpose wasn’t just to keep it for myself, but to help other women find theirs too.

 

SolarArae was born from that truth. From the parts of me I reclaimed, the wounds I tended to, and the woman I became on the other side. I created this space for women who need somewhere real to land. Somewhere they can unravel, be seen, be guided, and be held with intention.

Not judged. Not rushed. Not dismissed.

 

When you sit with me, you're sitting with a woman who’s lived through the things she helps you heal. I guide from experience, intuition, compassion, and the belief that every woman’s light can return… no matter what tried to dim it. My work is simply to walk beside you as you find your way back to yourself.
